FAMILY TAX BENEFIT
From 1 July 2009, all Family Tax Benefit claims must be made directly with the Office of Family Assistance and cannot be lodged with your income tax return.
Please note that all Family Tax Benefits claims must be lodged within two years following the end of the income year for which you are claiming.
